Who is Beginner Yoga for?
Beginner Yoga is for people of all ages, including seniors. Beginner Yoga is for those just starting out or those who want a refresher in foundational yoga.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, if you have one. Yoga mats are also available to rent.
What time should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for class to sign in for class and set up your space for practice.
What is the intensity level of Beginner Yoga?
Beginner Yoga is moderately intense. Participants can expect to warm up, hold poses for 30 seconds to 1 minute, and stretch during class. Modifications to poses are also provided.
Is Beginner Yoga suitable for individuals with injuries?
With your physician’s approval, Beginner Yoga can be suitable for individuals with injuries. Please inform your instructor prior to class and they will provide modifications throughout your practice.
