Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga Classes

A little bit of yoga for everyone! In this hour long practice we will move through seated, standing, balance, and restorative poses in a cohesive guided flow. There will be modifications and options for yogis with various levels of vinyasa flow experience.

Poses flow from the mat to standing and back to the mat. Poses can be taken at your personal practice level and modifications are provided.

Who is Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga for?

Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga is for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners. Some experience in vinyasa is recommended, but participants of all levels are welcome.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, if you have one. Yoga mats are also available to rent.

What time should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for class to sign in for class and set up your space for practice.

What is the intensity level of Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga?

 Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is moderate to intermediate in intensity. Modifications to poses are also provided.

Is Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga suitable for individuals with injuries?

With your physician’s approval, Mixed Level Vinyasa Yoga can be suitable for individuals with injuries. Please inform your instructor prior to class and they will provide modifications throughout your practice.
