What should I bring to class?
Please bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, if you have one. Yoga mats are also available to rent.
What time should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for class to sign in for class and set up your space for practice.
What is the intensity level of Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga?
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is moderate to intermediate in intensity. Modifications to poses are also provided.
Is Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga suitable for individuals with injuries?
With your physician’s approval, Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga can be suitable for individuals with injuries. Please inform your instructor prior to class and they will provide modifications throughout your practice.
