Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a traditional vinyasa class. Vinyasa is the practice of combining breathwork with movement. Participants use inhales and exhales while moving from one pose to the next. 

Poses flow from the mat to standing and back to the mat. This class is set at an even and steady pace to engage practitioners and expand their practice.

Who is Vinyasa Flow Yoga for?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners. Some experience in vinyasa is recommended, but participants of all levels are welcome.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat, if you have one. Yoga mats are also available to rent.

What time should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for class to sign in for class and set up your space for practice.

What is the intensity level of Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

 Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is moderate to intermediate in intensity. Modifications to poses are also provided.

Is Vinyasa Flow Yoga suitable for individuals with injuries?

With your physician’s approval, Vinyasa Flow Yoga can be suitable for individuals with injuries. Please inform your instructor prior to class and they will provide modifications throughout your practice.
